With the theme of “Focus - Digital • Internet • intelligent manufacturing”, CCMT2024 actively responds to the development trend of the deep integration of various digital technologies and manufacturing technologies, and enables the transformation and upgrading of the machine tool manufacturing industry and high-quality development at a higher level.

A wide range of functional component products can be seen everywhere in the exhibition, such as milling head, turntable, tool library, etc., which helps to improve the freedom of machine tool processing, achieve the diversification of machine tool functions, greatly improve the process range of machine tools, so that manufacturers can achieve maximum productivity and added value. As a five-axis and more than five-axis multi-axis high-end machine tools, milling head or cradle turntable is an indispensable accessory, at the same time, the tool library has become a standard product of CNC milling machines.

Five-axis machining has always been the highest pursuit of CNC machining centers. The cradle turntable using torque motor as A/C axis rotation driving force can realize linkage machining, and the use of high-power high-speed motorized spindle can realize high-speed and high-precision machining, which is the darling of the processing market. According to the author's rough statistics, the number of machine tools equipped with cradle turntable exhibited in this exhibition is relatively high.

Haitian Precision CFM650 cradle high speed five axis milling center

CFM650 machine adopts integrated gantry frame and high rigid headstock structure, beam and column design adopts integrated structure, compared with split structure, reduce the contact surface between the beam and column, less error accumulation, seismic performance, reliability and stability. At the same time, the three-axis configuration of large roller linear guide, 1g acceleration, to ensure the equipment excellent cutting rigidity and processing efficiency.

Equipped with self-developed and manufactured high speed electric spindle and double torque motor direct drive cradle turntable, it can realize high-speed five-axis linkage machining function. Through the combination of the high-rigidity main structure and 292Nm high-torque electric spindle, the equipment can ensure that the strong cutting does not shock; The maximum rotating torque of AC shaft is 5160\1720Nm, which can meet the linkage processing of 800kg heavy objects.

In the design process, the product adopts 3D simulation of actual manufacturing and assembly, combined with finite element analysis software and reliable kinematics analysis and calculation software, showing the comprehensive experience of high speed, high response, high efficiency, high precision, high cutting rigidity, high reliability and high precision stability.

AC shaft adopts direct drive technology, two-axis positioning accuracy 8 ", repeated positioning accuracy 5 ", with high transmission accuracy, fast dynamic response, no mechanical wear, simple structure, high reliability.

The A-axis of CFM650 adopts the dual-arm torque motor direct drive technology, which can achieve high speed and high torque processing and excellent performance characteristics. The water cooling technology can effectively reduce the thermal deformation and improve the machining accuracy of the cradle.
