Crankshaft Delivery Sample, Mass Production December 2025!

Recently, Dongben Parts Company reached a cooperation intention with Zhixin Technology, and the first new business project - B20 crankshaft successfully delivered samples. The B20 crankshaft is the first engine part outside the Honda system after the two-wheel cylinder liner and two-wheel crankshaft. On October 7, the B20 crankshaft was officially launched. The project was undertaken by the engine part 1 Division of the manufacturing Department. The employees responded positively with full enthusiasm, adhering to the spirit of ingenuity, and strictly controlled each size during debugging to achieve excellence.

On October 26, the manufacturing department integrated the B20 crankshaft debugging. Deng Yongqing, Minister of Research and Development Department, Zheng Yi, Minister of Manufacturing Department, and Jiang You, senior manager of research and Development Department attended the meeting. The meeting clarified the overall progress of debugging and pointed out the direction of advancement. The meeting pointed out that Zhixin crankshaft is the first engine part outside the Honda system, and there are differences between the process and the original parts of the company, we must use processing technology to produce products that satisfy customers and lay the foundation for the company to open up more new businesses.

On October 30, the Zhixin technology project representative confirmed the commissioning parts and gave a high evaluation of the product. The customer representative said that DHAC's manufacturing process and management system are very mature, the products produced are worthy of customer trust, and the subsequent cooperation can be deepened to achieve win-win results.

The B20 crankshaft is scheduled for mass production in December 2025. At the same time, the company will continue to optimize the production process, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and provide customers with more cost-effective products.
