1. Overview

According to available information, there are more than 110 exhibitors of turning machine tools in this exhibition, and more than 220 lathe products are exhibited. Compared with CIMT2023, the number of exhibitors and exhibits increased by more than 80%, mainly including: 88 horizontal lathes, 46 turning centers, 39 vertical lathes, 14 multi-spindle lathes, 13 slitting lathes, as well as multi-tool rest lathes, intermediate drive lathes, row tool lathes and thread lathes. It is worth noting that the variety, quantity and technical level of the lathe exhibits in this exhibition are generally refreshing. 2. Main features of lathe exhibits

(1) High precision, high rigidity. High precision and high rigidity are the basic technical characteristics of this year's CNC lathe exhibits. High-performance electric spindle, linear motor, torque motor, and high-precision guide screw, spindle bearing is more and more common, the full closed-loop control system and mature thermal control system are more and more widely used, static bearing and other technologies are also used in many CNC lathes, providing good comprehensive accuracy and accuracy retention. There are also many lathes that can be used instead of grinding to achieve mirror processing of spherical surfaces and other surfaces, providing ultra-precise surface quality. Highly rigid bed materials and overall structure design make full use of finite element analysis technology to shape the highly rigid bed structure and make fast and efficient cutting possible.

(2) Product modularization and diversification. The lathe exhibits are divided into vertical and horizontal categories as a whole, but both vertical and horizontal lathes reflect an extraordinary level of modular design and manufacturing. Single spindle, double spindle, multi-axis, single turret cutter tower, double turret cutter tower (individually configured with 3 turret cutter tower), row rack cutter tower and other layouts are wonderful, flexible and flexible modular structure not only makes the machine have good function expansion, but also allows users to choose as they like. Many slitting turning centers through a variety of modular tool system layout, can achieve turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, turning end, threading, grooving, cutting, tapping, oblique hole, surface and other comprehensive processing functions. In addition, according to the functional classification of turning, there are general CNC lathe, turning center, slitter lathe and various special CNC lathes (pipe thread car, wheel hub car, multi-axis multi-station special vehicle, etc.).

(3) Automation. A significant increase in the level of automation is another notable feature of this year's lathe exhibits. By using the main shaft docking of the sleeping car, the inverted layout of the vertical car, the automatic loading and unloading of the cutter tower and various mechanical arms, it can easily complete the one-time automatic processing of the front and back of the workpiece, the left and right ends and other parts of the workpiece, and the automatic processing capability of the bar material of the multi-axis automatic car and the longitudinal turning center is becoming more and more mature. The application of various workpiece holders, bar machines, integrated robots, robotic arms, online measurement technology, etc., makes the automation and unmanned production easier and easier to achieve. The improvement of automation level also greatly improves the processing efficiency.

A wide range of clamping systems: pneumatic clamping, hydraulic clamping, clamping devices tailored to part and customer requirements, and sensitive clamping. All models are optional Y-axis, of which the B6 model can be optional double Y-axis. The tool tower can be selected as VDI25/12/12driven, VDI25/16/16 driven or VDI25 48/12 driven tool tower. The tail seat of B4 model can be selected as either pneumatic tail seat or NC tail seat.
