Q2 How to get a quotation quickly? A: If details are obtained on weekdays, we will submit a quotation within 24 hours. Q3 What should we do if we receive a defective product? A: If you receive a defective product, please send us the photos, and we will give feedback to our engineers and quality control departments and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Q4 How to pack molds and products? A:1) For the mold, we will first apply a layer of anti-rust oil, then cover the mold with a film, and finally put it into a fumigation wooden box. 2) For products, we will pack them in standard export cartons or according to customer requirements.
Q5 Can you make customized products? A: Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q6 How will the goods be delivered to the customer? A: Usually we ship by sea. We are relatively close to Qingdao Port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship them by air. Jinan Airport and Qingdao International Airport are very close to us.
Q7 Where are your goods mainly exported?
