In the industrial field, F91 forged pipe forgings play a crucial role in high-temperature and high-pressure environments due to their outstanding performance. Henan Forging Emperor Industry has accumulated rich experience in the forging of F91 forged pipe forgings, especially conducting in-depth research on material selection and process optimization.

Material selection: Laying a solid Foundation for Quality F91 steel is an improved chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, featuring excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance. It is suitable for key equipment such as supercritical and ultra-supercritical parameter valves in thermal power plants. Its chemical composition and mechanical properties must strictly comply with relevant standards, such as the GB 5310 standard. In the raw material procurement process, Henan Forging Emperor Industry selects high-quality F91 steel billets. These billets undergo strict inspections, including chemical composition analysis and flaw detection, to ensure there are no internal defects, laying a solid foundation from the source for forging high-quality F91 forged pipe forgings.

Heat the billet to an appropriate forging temperature range (about 1100-1150℃). An appropriate heating temperature can reduce the deformation resistance of the steel, making it easier to forge, while avoiding defects such as overheating or overburning. Appropriate forging equipment, such as forging hammers or hydraulic presses, should be used for forging, and the forging ratio should be strictly controlled, generally between 3 and 5, to ensure that the internal structure of the forged part is dense and free of defects such as cracks and inclusions.

Appropriate heat treatment can enhance the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of F91 steel. Henan Forging Emperor Industry conducts normalizing and tempering treatment on F91 forged pipe forgings after forging. The normalizing temperature is generally between 1040 and 1080℃, which can refine the grains and eliminate the stress generated during the forging process. The tempering temperature is around 750-780℃, with the aim of adjusting the balance between the hardness and toughness of the material and enhancing its comprehensive mechanical properties. The company has established a complete quality control system, covering all aspects such as raw material procurement, production process control, and finished product inspection. Formulate detailed operating procedures and quality standards to ensure that each process meets the requirements. Meanwhile, non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing are adopted to inspect the internal defects of the forgings to ensure that there are no cracks, pores or other defects.

Henan Forging Emperor Industry, through precise material selection and continuous process optimization, has produced F91 forged pipe forgings that are of reliable quality and excellent performance. They are widely used in multiple fields and have won wide recognition from customers. In the future, the company will continue to conduct in-depth research in materials and processes to provide customers with higher-quality products.
