The J58ZK-6300 servo direct drive electric screw press independently developed and manufactured by XinWeiqi realizes the near-net forming and efficient forging of large-size fan blades with its high precision, strong forming force and flexible production capacity, filling the gap in this field in China.

According to the report, the nominal pressure of the equipment reaches 63,000 kN, the long-term allowable load of 100,000 kN, the fuselage adopts the whole cast steel structure, the height of nearly 11 meters, the application of self-developed large torque permanent magnet synchronous ring motor direct drive, to achieve zero transmission, no noise, maintenance-free, matching the self-developed special CNC system, The striking energy, deformation rate and slider position in forging process can be accurately controlled. The combination of large tonnage and high precision solves the contradiction between high-end forging accuracy and forming efficiency.
