125MN Press Crankshaft Delivered in Advance!

Recently, Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. delivered 125MN large forged crankshaft to Hubei Shenli Forging Co., LTD. This project not only refreshed the production record of Tongyu Heavy Industry in the field of super large forgings, but also demonstrated the "acceleration" of Tongyu Heavy Industry's high-end equipment manufacturing with the breakthrough efficiency of "115-day construction period commitment and 95 days ahead of schedule". The eccentric crankshaft delivered this time is one of the key components of the largest tonnage hot die forging press manufactured by Tongyu Heavy Industry, which will be applied to the 10,000-ton die forging press of Hubei Shenli Forging Co., LTD., to help the automated production of key components in the field of automotive high-end equipment in China.

With the lean management of the whole process, Tongyu Heavy Industry compressed the original production cycle of 115 days to 95 days, and delivered 20 days in advance, setting a new record for the delivery speed of the same type of products. Through process innovation, digital collaboration and 24-hour uninterrupted work, the project team achieved a triple breakthrough of "quality, efficiency and cost", set a benchmark for the localization of super large forgings, broke through a number of technical barriers such as the eccentric structure molding of large cross-section, and the comprehensive performance of the product reached the domestic leading level.
