The intelligent stamping shop consists of two stamping lines, a die testing press and a laser uncoiling blanking line, which is one of the core processes of automobile production. Here, precisely cut sheets of metal are machined into chassis components, while body coverings, such as side walls, doors and hoods, are formed from sheet metal. Overall, the press and laser blanking lines offer high availability, flexibility and high capacity, with reduced energy consumption. Ceer's advanced stamping line is powered by a cloud-based application that prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability.
