Aluminum alloy forging is mainly used for forging aluminum alloys. Die casting aluminum alloy belongs to cast aluminum alloy, but mainly adopts die casting aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy forging includes A1-Si-Mg-Cu alloy and A1-Cu-Ni-Fe alloy. Commonly used forged aluminum alloys include LD2, LD5, LDL0 and so on. They contain a variety of alloying elements, but the content is small. They have good thermoplasticity, so they have good forging properties and good mechanical properties. This alloy is mainly used for bearing die forgings and some forgings with complex shapes. Cast aluminum alloys are divided into four categories: A1-Si series, A1-Cu series, Al-Mg series and Al-Zn series. For cast aluminum alloy, in addition to the necessary mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, it should also have good casting performance. In the cast aluminum alloy, A1-Si alloy is also known as silalumin, which has good casting properties and mechanical properties.
