[CCMT2024 Exhibit Review] Some broaching machine exhibits


CCMT2024 (the 13th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition) has been successfully concluded on April 12.At this exhibition, broaching enterprises focused on the precision processing of core parts in aerospace, new energy vehicles, home appliances and other fields, showing a number of latest products and technology in the broaching field, including turbine disc mortise processing technology, spiral broaching technology, hard broaching technology, complete sets of broaching solutions and other attention, exhibits show high efficiency, high precision, high speed and other characteristics. The integration of digital technology, in the intelligent, complex, flexible, green and other aspects have made different degrees of progress and improvement.

1. Turbine broaching machine

Turbine broaching machine is the hot spot of this exhibition, mainly used for the precision broaching of the mortise and groove of the core power components such as aeroengine and gas turbine. At the exhibition, Germany Hoffmann, Changer equipment showed the broaching machine solution for external mortise and groove processing.

The relatively mature enterprises in the development of turbine broaching machines in China are represented by Changer Equipment, and the LG3132ZX series horizontal broaching machines and LG7532ZX numerical control vertical external broaching machines developed have been provided for domestic and foreign applications. Among them, LG3132ZX five-axis CNC horizontal broach machine has reached the international advanced level of similar products, integrating tenon and groove precision broach process, 4-axis integrated C-cradle structure, industrial robot integrated tool storage and transportation technology, fast and fast tool mold change technology, with high rigidity and stability, high precision and accuracy retention, intelligence and flexibility, etc. It solves the "stuck neck" problem of difficult-to-process materials such as turbine disc and complex surface broaching for Chinese aviation users and replaces imports.

Changsha Ssheng has launched a CNC high-precision internal mortise and groove horizontal broaching machine, which is mainly used for the internal mortise and groove processing of the outer ring of the stator blades of aircraft engines and gas turbines. Horizontal structure, broaching process using the workpiece fixed, tool horizontal movement. The machine adopts numerical control indexing, and the deflection Angle adopts digital adjustment, which can meet the groove number and Angle adjustment of different parts, and broach the inner mortise of the wheel with different sizes and groove types.

2. CNC screw broaching machine

Hunan Southern, Changer Equipment, Germany Klink have demonstrated CNC screw broaching machine. Spiral broaching technology is a new processing technology, which is an efficient processing method for machining complex spiral surface parts. It has the characteristics of stable processing size, high precision tooth shape and high processing efficiency.

Southern Hunan has brought a LK8910 CNC spiral vertical internal broaching machine, rated pull 100kN, rated stroke 1250mm, broaching maximum diameter Φ90mm, broaching maximum length 1450mm. The main body adopts the five-core coplanar structure, the spiral rotating C-axis adopts the high precision gear transmission with "0 back backlash", and the servo motor is driven by the double gantry function of the CNC system, so that the broaching helix accuracy reaches the gear level 5.

Changer equipment is developed a large tonnage CNC screw broaching machine, rated tension ≥250kN, maximum stroke ≥2000mm, maximum broaching length ≥2150mm, surface roughness Ra≤1.6µm after broaching. The workpiece movement and broach rotation run synchronically to meet the high precision broaching of the inner teeth of the spiral spline, and can freely switch the broaching of different specifications of the spiral spline and the straight tooth spline. Machine tool can realize automatic loading and unloading, high production efficiency, suitable for automotive, aviation, construction machinery and other core parts complex surface spiral groove (lead, number of lines) of high precision, mass processing.

3. High speed hard broaching machine

In the automotive industry, the types of parts using hard broaching process have increased significantly. In actual production, the broaching technology of high-hardness materials is widely used in high-speed, efficient, high-precision and green processing of high-hardness internal splines. Changsha Sisheng, Changer Equipment and Karl Klink all demonstrated high speed hard broaching machines.

Changsha Ssheng exhibited a LSK5715 large tonnage CNC high-speed composite broaching machine, used to broach HRC 60-65, a variety of high hardness parts of the inner hole, high hardness workpiece processing of hot parts gear accuracy level reached H5, hot parts processing accuracy of H7, hot parts of the maximum broaching force of 150kN, Hot after high speed (100m/min) broaching force up to 75kN, to achieve hot before and hot after broaching on a machine tool processing, greatly reducing manufacturing costs, can be used in commercial and passenger car engines, transmission, wind power, construction machinery and other industrial reducer, new energy vehicle motor shaft and other fields.

4. Digital, intelligent equipment

At this exhibition, the broaching machine integrated intelligence, flexibility, automation level has been significantly improved. An intelligent line solution for smart factories launched by Changer equipment integrates remote online real-time monitoring technology, 3D vision technology, online identification and detection, processing process adaptive control technology, etc., which can realize the visualization and digitalization of the processing process through MES management for the whole process of production and manufacturing. At the same time to meet the modern factory efficient production and processing and management requirements.
